We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Unless the item is marked with *NOT RETURNABLE*, then it is a final sale item and cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or installed and in its original retail packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/invoice as the proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item within 48 hours of receiving and then contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and attempt to correct it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These items will be marked with a *NOT RETURNABLE* note. This would make it a final sale item and cannot be returned or refunded.
Special ordered items will be items that are marked with a *SPC ODR* note. These are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

You have 30-days to exchange an item for the correct item you need. This will be done the same way a return is done. To start a return, contact us at email@example.com or call/text 204-233-4478. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item via our online store or instore when you are returning the item.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for the transaction to process and post the refund to your bank account or credit card. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days.
